I can't sleep. Help? ):?
I'm 15 and it's been an constant problem for nearly 4 years now. I won't be able to go to sleep until around 3-6am. On the weekends/holidays it's not that big of a problem since I can get up at like 2-4pm (bad, i know), though in morning on school days i'm in total half-dead zombie mode. Now that there's GCSEs i really need to wake up to concentrate. :/
I've tried many methods such as cutting out all naps, caffeine and eating/exercising before bedtime and drinking warm milk. But none of it seems to have any lasting effect.
Apparantly, you can reset your biological clock by staying up all night into the following day or something. Does it work?
Any other suggestions?

I think it will work if you don't sleep for a night and make sure you dont fall asleep as tired as you get. then you can sleep good the next night.
