do i need to have high endurance or high speed to be a good fighter?
now i try to choose a way to put my feet on :
i've read that it is impossible to build high endurance and high speed because it is different kind of muscles to do each job..
so i don't know should i do run with intervals and sprinting or with long distances ?
should i power lift or should i do more reps ?
I think the aspect of endurance you are looking for is more cardio. Do a normal work out, but put a small plyometric workout afterwards. This way you keep your endurance and you teach your muscles to spring. Best do the plyometric with just your bodyweight.
