None of the listings on eBay state if it works on Windows 7.

A lot of people are confused or worried that a product they are buying will not work with the new Windows 7, but rest assured that all Windows XP-certified hardware will work with Windows 7.
So don't worry, buy your USB hub. The worst that can happen is that you will need to download a driver off the internet manually. Good price, by the way!
