What is the best overall brand of laptop or notebook computer?
I'm planning to buy a new laptop and I was just wondering what is the best brand. I will using it for university(mostly) and personal stuff.
Price range $800 and under
If you're looking for a good computer under 800$ try an HP or a Dell. If you go custom made it's going to be more expensive.
Try getting one from costco (they sell both Dell and HP) and they had a sale on both brands in the summer so maybe...lol! Hope this helps you.
Go to best buy or future shop and talk to the pc specialist employees, they;ll be able to help you out and explain the features of the laptop to you, they should also be able to help you find one that will be the best choice for university.

I think that sony and toshiba may be better, but theyre also more expensive. Macs are nice for the arts, but nothing is compatible with them and they are pricey.
